Kenmore Cottage is a home from home, it is centrally located, whilst in a peaceful residential area, a 10 minute walk from the quiet beach at Rustington. The 2 bedroom cottage is spacious and open plan with a comfortable lounge area, a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. Both en-suite bedrooms are light and airy with a TV and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoy the private cosy south/west facing terrace, and relax in your own private Jacuzzi Hot-Tub. There are 2 allocated parking spaces.

It was really close to amenities . They were really helpful on arrival and about the area. The house was immaculate . We came for the local girls rugby festival in Angmering - Worthing rugby club and was so near . Just wished we had had more time . Thank you.
This property was a true home from home experience, I was working in the local area and extremely happy with my stay. I would recommend this property to anyone working locally or families wishing to make this a base to see the surrounding areas etc.
Great place to stay within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very clean and well equipped.
We had a wonderfully relaxing break at Joanne’s Place. It’s a beautiful apartment, everything has been thought of which allows a really restful home away from home. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. The space is very generous and our family of 4 with 2 teenagers was very comfortable. The first night we walked the 10 mins to the beach and had a very bracing walk. Day 2 we milled around the high street and had a very nice lunch. Day 3 we went to Out of Bounds. Our departure was very easy and we spent our last day in Arundel. Our 3 night break was elevated by the jacuzzi, totally sublime! We all had a lovely time and felt very rested. Would definitely recommend x
We had such a lovely stay! Joanne and Peter were so helpful and responsive, Joanne even drove us to Sainsbury’s to collect our online food order when there had been an issue with the drop off! Both were really friendly and kind and went out of their way to make our stay as lovely as possible. The Airbnb itself was absolutely spotless, felt really comfortable and at home there. It’s a 10-15 min walk from the beach and a 25-30 min walk from Angmering train station. We absolutely loved the jacuzzi too! Would really recommend.

Rustington, centrally situated on the West Sussex Coast almost midway between the cathedral city of Chichester and Brighton.
The property is a short stroll to the main shopping centre which offers a large variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
The nearest beach is a 10 minutes walk away, with Littlehampton (under 2 miles away) offering traditional seaside facilities, a sandy beach as well as water sports hire and tuition.
It is also possible to walk the coastal path from Rustington to Worthing, about 7 miles, taking in a lovely beach side café on the way.
There are several good golf courses in the area as well as easy access to the South Downs for keen walkers.
The beautiful town of Arundel is a 10 minutes drive away, Goodwood with its popular Revival and Festival of Speed are within 30 minutes drive.
The nearest train station is Angmering, 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away. There is a taxi rank at the station and in Rustington.
The 700 bus stops at the end of the road and runs every 10-15 minutes running from Portsmouth to Brighton.
