Small but perfectly formed - just what we needed, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely private area to sit outside. A short walk to a pub and village store, and close to beautiful countryside and coastal walks. Lovely place!

The Barn is a tiny property but it was perfect for me on my own. It was spotlessly clean, with lovely towels and a well equipped pretty kitchen. The garden was lovely with chairs to enjoy the evening sun. Mark & Jayne conveniently live next door; they answered a couple of questions I had really very quickly and were very friendly and helpful without intruding on my privacy. The Barn is just down the road from both Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens with Maenporth beach only a few minutes drive away. It's such a beautiful area! Only one very tiny downside: the sofa is a futon type sofa bed, so not very comfy for sitting for a couple of hours in the evening, but I used some pillows from the bed to help. If you stay in September, beware of the conkers falling on the roof from the tree beside the Barn!! 😁

Mark and Jayne were wonderful hosts, very friendly, clear instructions. The barn was beautiful and just what we needed for three nights. We had a lovely time and we would be back. We highly recommend mark and Jayne. Great hosts and great place 😊

Great place tucked away near Falmouth with easy access to places across Cornwall. Nice and quiet, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, and great hosts. Thanks Mark and Jayne

Fantastic little place with everything you need. Spotlessly clean and tidy. I first stayed at the Barn in 2021 with my partner. This time I was with my Mum. I slept on the sofa bed while she had the bedroom. It worked well and the sofa bed was comfortable. Great area with lots to do when the weather isn’t brilliant. Nearby beaches lovely for when it is!
