A beautiful and spacious flat, with more than enough room for a family of 4. We liked that there were games for us to play and a short walk to the beach. Pool was great fun and very clean. We were just very unlucky that the weather was terrible when we were there but we made the most of it and found lots of things to do. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent flat with stunning views of the beach and surrounding area. Access to the pool was a great bonus. Great for a base for walking.

The amazing thing about this flat is the view over the bay and the constant sound of the waves as you potter about the flat and the owls that hoot at night. It’s a perfect location! The flat is very sweet and has everything you need - the boys loved the bunk beds and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The leisure centre is a beautiful building, friendly and well kept. It’s calm and quiet and even though you’re in Falmouth it’s away from everything enough to be peaceful.

Melanie was great; she'd supplied a really helpful guide to the area and responded immediately to all our queries and requests. Apartment was really well situated for walking and going to the beach, the estate facilities were great and never crowded, perfect for a quiet family break.
