Tom’s place was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for—a cozy getaway to rest, cook, and enjoy our holiday. The location is centrally located, which was perfect for the sightseeing and day trips we had planned. Easy, stunning drives no more than 40 minutes from our furthest seaside destination. We shared the house comfortably with another couple and loved having dinner by the fire each night. Tom and Katie were so responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Such lovely hosts—and a beautiful space! We can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay, Tom and Katie were excellent hosts. The barn was beautiful, and it was so peaceful We stayed a month and we were so impressed, we wanted to stay for another month, but, not surprisingly, it was already booked. We would happily return again, we loved it, so easy to travel everywhere, and some beautiful coves and beaches within easy reach. Tom and Katie did over and above to make our stay so memorable. Our 2 year old granddaughter cried as she didn’t want to go home…. I cannot recommend this super find enough. We had three adults and a toddler and dogs, and our stay was extremely comfortable. Can’t wait to go again,

We had such a lovely stay in Bluebell Barn. The property is exactly as shown in the photos and very well cared for. The place was cosy and warm and the showers had great water pressure; perfect after a cold or wet walk. The location is very rural but it was really easy to get around and local amenities are only a short drive. The starling murmurations during our stay were amazing too. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We would love to come and stay again. Thanks for such a great holiday!

A lovely, homely cottage in the countryside. The barn is beautifully decorated and the enclosed patio area was great for our dog. The location is very central for visiting all of Cornwall. We had a fantastic week and would love to return at some point.

My family and I enjoyed a 7 night stay in Tom’s Barn an thoroughly enjoyed it. The barn was modern, clean, tidy, well presented with a homely feel to it. We all immediately felt comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The location is great to get around various parts of Cornwall with ease. I highly recommend staying here either as a family, it has what you need and there are large supermarkets nearby. Ann’s Pasties warehouse is nearby and they make amazing brownies (pastries were also nice too of course!). Make sure you check this out!
