too expensive for what you get. I would say this is the most perfect neighborhood in whole Barcelona, just the price was too too much and with that on the grous was pet hair and it was dirty. There was a church next to us every single day there was such a loud music

There were problems with ammenteties in the apartment, around 3 days we were with no warm water, and 1 day with no electricity. But those were fixed by the owner. The biggest disappointment is that the apartment is tiny and not as on the photos. Majority of space takes the terrace, which we never used since it was dirty and dusty. Furniture was broken, 2 chairs specifically, and when we arrived, it was a dead cold inside so we used A/C to heat it. On photos it looks too new, why in reality it is like used 5 years after the photos were made.

La ubicación es excelente (barrio tranquilo y muy bien comunicado). El piso está genial (íntimo, a pesar de ser todo exterior y admiten mascotas). Marc responde muy rápido. Podría mejorar en algunos aspectos (el tendedero y un mueble auxiliar del baño estaban oxidados y el cubo de basura roto).

Tuvimos una estadía larga muy buena junto a mí novia y nuestra gata. El depto está equipado con todo lo necesario y todo funciona. Hay 3 lineas de metro muy cerca, muchos supermercados y la calle es muy tranquila. Sin dudas volvería.
