This is a great stay for families. The house is pretty much on one level, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/living area. It also has a fully fenced yard at both the front and back with toys, bikes, surfboards etc. It's a short walk to the beach and also to coffee shops / restaurants. We'll happily stay there again next time we're in San Diego.

My family had really enjoyed staying at this beautiful rental. It was nice to have a comfortable and clean place to rest during our five day visit to San Diego. We especially loved taking the bikes out and riding down the boardwalk a few blocks away. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials which made meals a breeze. Diego and Marisa were fantastic hosts and very attentive. We would stay here again!

This place is located in a great neighborhood - lively, walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The backyard set up is great for entertaining. For a small house in a busy neighborhood it feels safe and comfortable. Lots of amenities and helpful things like spices, condiments, toiletries, laundry detergent that you don't want to have to buy for a quick stay. We'd stay again on our next trip to San Diego.

A lovely home in a nice area. Walkable to the neighborhood surfing beach, some nice breakfast restaurants, and an easy drive to both La Jolla and Downtown. The house is spotless and has all of the listed amenities- thoughtful touches include beach towels, a full usable kitchen with spices/basic condiments/all the necessary cooking implements. Appreciated stocking laundry and dish soaps and lots of extra towels, as well as the parking space in the driveway. The house is on the same property as another rental directly behind— depending on the guests staying there, it can get a bit loud if the other people are in their backyard. Had a great stay with everything we needed!
