The room was clean, with a large bed - decent size but not a spacious room overall. Washroom was clean and although shared, i never had any issues with it being busy/unavailable. The photos are accurate. Location provides good access to transit options and is close to the university. Lin, the host, was courteous and quick to communicate. Overall, this is good place if you're looking for value for money, and a place to just rest after a long day of travel/sightseeing.

This place was nice, clean, and family was so quite and friendly. It is suitable for those who are visiting UVic in a short visit.

Nice room inside a house. It's a bit of a trip from downtown (30-40 min in total), but buses operate regularly and it's not a major inconvenience. Would recommend it to solo travelers or couples. Sunny was very accommodating despite my late check in time and etc.
