We had a wonderful vacation at the villa - we were a fully capacity group and we didn’t feel that we were on top of each other - lots of private space, beautiful big kitchen with all mod cons. The house was cool during the summer heat . The pool is wonderful, great for kids of all ages with the shallow shelf being really great for smaller kids that can’t swim yet. The only thing lacking by the pool was no ambient lighting in the evening and enough loungers for full capacity. Otherwise, idyllic. The location, villa and facilities were exactly as described - Limor and Marika were wonderful host, very responsive, great tips and super helpful when we needed some info about the house or local area. The local town of Todi is a delight, small streets, cute shops and fantastic restaurants or gelato spots - worth a wander to find your adventure in the Umbrian countryside ! We had a fantastic vacation - highly recommending the villa and location - hopefully we will stay again - 5stars!!

Il casale di Limor è molto accogliente e confortevole, è dotato di tutte le comodità ed è stato ristrutturato e arredato con grande gusto e accuratezza. Il tavolo esterno, di Domiziani, è magnifico. Il giardino è bellissimo e la vista su Castelrinaldi è spettacolare. Unica pecca il bagno di una delle camere, in cui è scomodo fare la doccia perché è posta dentro la vasca da bagno senza riparo dagli schizzi. Aggiungerei il fatto che talvolta il vento trasporta odori un po' sgradevoli da un allevamento non molto lontano, ma queste cose in una casa in campagna possono succedere. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Molti complimenti a Marika, che è stata gentile, attenta, disponibile e sempre sorridente, che è un valore in più.

A house I would call the perfect vacation spot. Located in a beautiful place with an awesome view, it has everything g to offer you can think of. The pool is safe for kids, the basketball court is better than most courts back home, the kitchen is well equipped and the living room and patio has plenty of space to enjoy your evenings. We had a wonderful time there and both Limor, the owner & host, and Marika, your local contact, were always reachable and super supportive. We would definitely recommend this house without doubt. The price point is high but you get an awesome return. Thank you very much.

Lovely stay at Limor’s villa. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable surrounded by stunning countryside. Pool was perfect for babies having a large paddling area.

The house was beautiful!! It is in the middle of the countryside (you might even get a whiff of some manure- but it does not last) surrounded by a forest. In the distance are beautiful medieval buildings. So, as you are lounging by the incredible pool, “old Italy” is looking down at you. The location is great for exploring all the fortified villages/towns in the area. The interior of the house is out of a magazine. Very high quality decorations, furniture, and appliances. Keep in mind that there are three bedrooms inside the main house and also two single foldaway beds for kids or shorter adults (which were also high quality!) and a pull out couch - amazing comfort for a pullout couch! There is an annex behind the house with more beds, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. It’s not as nice as the main house but it offers more space. Marika, the caretaker/host was attentive and extremely kind. You will be in good hands!!!
