We had an incredible two week stay, the house is as described in a beautiful part of the Umbrian countryside, we felt instantly relaxed on arrival. Patrizia was so friendly and welcoming, and also did a wonderful pasta making class with us. The pool is fantastic too. The area is wonderful with lots of beautiful towns and we had some lovely meals around Massa Martana and near Todi. Highly recommend!!

This place was beyond magical! Photos can’t even capture the beautiful house and surroundings. We were a group of 12 (including 4 kids) and we were more than comfortable here. There was so much space to spread out and enjoy the stunning environment. Patrizia and Fabrizio are the friendliest and most enthusiastic hosts we’ve ever met and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. We even requested a private dinner that Patrizia cooked for us, which was amazing (sourced from local products even!) We were a little worried that we might be hot at night without air conditioning, but the thick stone walls kept the house pleasantly cool. Overall we had a delightful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Grazie mille, P & F!

We loved our stay. From our flight landing in Rome, we drove a lovely 2.5 hours and met Patrizia in the town square. She lead us up to the house - (which we would never have found.)! Gorgeous! Peaceful, we couldn’t see an any houses and the view was peaceful and spectacular. We already knew would would not be able to use the pool as is was off-season- but that area looked lovely! We had two wonderful day trips to Assisi and Todi, which were both under an hour away thru gorgeous countryside. You must have a car and must stock up at market, as you are remote! Which is the charm. Each had a bedroom with en suite bathroom was clean and the electric blankets were welcome as is was chilly! Patrizia was a wonderful host and with additional cost and at our request, cooked a glorious country Italian meal for our first night! We loved our stay! Thanks patrizia!

Patrizia e Fabrizio sono stati due host davvero impeccabili; simpatici, disponibili e molto accoglienti. Ci hanno accolto con un gran sorriso, una deliziosa crostata e ottime bollicine…non poteva iniziare meglio la nostra vacanza! La cantina con una bella selezione di vini locali è stata il top! Posto bellissimo e caratteristico, l’ideale per il nostro gruppo di Capodanno!
