Amazing place for accessibility needs. We had two needing wheelchair access and step free access. very roomy to walk around and thdy could be fully independent. For us carers, it was a beautifully peaceful setting.

Great property, and plenty of things to do. Very disappointed that there was no access to the private beach as this was the sole reason we hired this place and that this is a major seeking point. This should have been known by the agents; especially given the fact that it was mentioned in a previous review.

We had a really wonderful stay at the Billiard House. As per the listing, it looks and feels like a movie set. The most beautiful place to spend Easter and see the spring at its best.

The apartment lived up to our expectations, mirroring the images on the site, with its cleanliness and comprehensive amenities. The property is located on an attractive estate; and while beach access was not available, the vicinity was lovely with its scenic walks and close proximity—just a few miles—to the local town. Both Emilie and the apartment owners were very accommodating. The log burner added a cozy feel to the living space, enhancing our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return on our next visit to the area.

The Billiards is such a beautiful place to stay and just like the photos. Very private and quiet. When booking we didn’t realise it was so close to Lyme Regis, only a 6 minute drive to the beach and town where there are 2 mini supermarkets and some great pubs. Also great location between Dorset and East Devon to explore both sides. If you’re looking for a relaxing country retreat close to beaches/little towns it’s perfect!
