Boasting a large garden with impressive views over the Exe Valley, it's perfect for families with young children. Direct access to the South West Coast Path and within easy reach of Seaton Wetlands Bird Reserves. Spend your days hunting for fossils, building sandcastles and splashing in the sea at one of the glorious beaches along the Jurassic Coast, or explore a coastal village with a pit stop for afternoon tea. Comfortable and homely with thoughtful furnishings and simple yet stylish decor, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step inside. Snuggle up with mugs of hot cocoa in the lounge to watch TV or prepare a hearty feast for special mealtimes in the kitchen/diner. Climb the stairs to find the bedrooms, one of which is a handy bunk bedroom for the under 12’s and another that has its own en-suite. Completing the property is one further bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, the large lawn will delight the youngest members of your party with a fun tree swing and lots of room to play, whilst you sit back and admire the views over a glass of wine. Parking is available via a shared car park area. Lyme Regis is a popular seaside town known for its array of attractions including a traditional beach lined with tempting eateries. The streets have lots of interesting shops to peruse, and the budding historians amongst you will appreciate the Dinosaur and Fossil Museum. Further along the coastline, Beer (7 miles) is straight out of the pages of a fairy tale, or why not pay a visit to Seaton 5.5 miles away to ride on the trams and enjoy all the trappings of a traditional holiday by the sea.
