The location is great! Being close to the park was a great touch. All the decor in the condo was very cute. The only negative I have to say is the carpet is very stained and even though it looked vacuumed it still was dirty.( because it’s carpet at a beach area)

The master Bedroom does not have a door so there was no privacy. Livingroom funiture and carpet stained and old. Poor condition pots and pans, silverware, utensils, no colander etc. Also many of the dishes were not clean coming out of the cupboards. Way too many knick-knacks; had to move stuff around to have space. Folks at Pristine Management were friendly and property was easy to find and get into. If it wasn't Spring break and everthing was booked, I would have checked out and asked for refund.

Had a great stay in Cape San Blas. Check in was easy, location was great and the condo was very nice.

the apartment was clean. we were kindly given a apartment close to the play ground and were still within walking distance to the pool and beach. I would have appreciated a more pronounced notice that there would be NO extra toilet paper, trash bags, or paper towels. Kitchen supplies were adequate and appliances worked well. The bigger bed was a little squeaky and with no door to our room.... little privacy.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful view of the sunrise on the bay.
