This is our second year at The Pearl, and we loved it again. The home has the best views of the gulf, and incredible natural light. The kitchen is extremely spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We will return.

The location, views, easy beach access, and proximity to shops are fantastic at this home. We loved how easily our kids could get to the beach to ride bikes and play, and that we could see them from the deck! Things I wish we’d known about this home prior to booking: 1. It’s 2.5 interior bathrooms. The other bath is outdoors. 1.5 bathrooms is a Jack and Jill setup, 1 bath is in the Master. Unfortunately the outdoor bathroom was missing the door during our stay, rendering it unusable. 2. The Master has glass French doors with a transom window over it that separates it from the kitchen/living area, making for a loud Master with lights shining it at night. Master bed frame squeaks with every small movement. It was tough to get sleep. 3. No smart TVs, no ability to stream. DVD player not connected. Home needs maintenance: master bath door was broken, 2nd shower didn’t drain, stains all over living room rug, kitchen faucet leaking on counter, lower bath door off its hinges.

Really nice beachfront home located in Cape San Blas. 20 minutes from Port St. joe. Enjoyed sitting on deck watching the ocean. Home is stocked and ready for guest. Would definitely return! Our nearly two year old loved the beach and playing on deck.
