Pristine Properties does a great job, at least from our three night experience at "Sharkey's". Everything was ready for us and as described, and some kitchen & bath items that were unexpected & helpful. There is lots of open spaces to gather inside & out, as well as plenty of seating. There isn't any "yard" to use, but with the beach so close & easy to walk to, it didn't even seem like it was lacking. Keep up the good work Pristine Properties, we won't hesitate to rent from them again in the future with confidence.

Super close to the beach and was a great location for a beach wedding we were in. Super clean! Great communication with the rental company. We got early check in which was nice since we traveled with our dog. Would def come back!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed by the property. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures and is actually a duplex as well as next to a very damaged property with exposed building paper that is your view. The site had trash and beware of the rats by the shark shower. The whole back patio hadn’t been cleaned. There was mold on the pillows and literally was so dated that we didn’t sit on any outdoor furniture and was concerned to sit on inside furniture because it was dirty. The inside smelled like a combination of bleach and a musty odor. The dishes were not clean nor pans and my daughter found a ladies whole fake fingernail in the drawer of the utensils of silverware (still there we didn’t touch it). The mattresses were box springs and creaking. The towels were like sandpaper. The shower had a faucet with black mold from probably 1950. The walk to the beach was dangerous with exposed wires and cable running everywhere. The only positive was how quick of a walk it was to the beach. The bikes are rusted, so I wouldn’t recommend trying them out. Overall we were trying to make the most of it and remain grateful because the ocean is amazing! And trying to Praise God for a family time together, I hesitate to write this because I hate to complain but I feel like if I can inform someone from spending hard earned money on something that wasn’t worth half the cost, it may bless a family.

The management is very helpful and provides a professional and polite customer service. Property is very clean and sanitized upon arrival. We are pleased with our stay and look forward to staying once again.
