This cozy cottage is exactly that, cozy! The antique furniture through out the home is beautiful. Very easy to find and close to downtown Farmersville. When we come to town to visit our grand baby we will be starting here if available!!

Katherine’s place was simply lovely with lots of beautiful decor choices that made us feel right at home. The antiques and art were such a pleasure to look at while we were there. She had fresh flowers in most of the rooms and the bed was super comfortable. She was so kind and helpful and we’d love to stay here again!

Gorgeous home. Beautifully comfortable bed. Lovely having two bathrooms. Cosy, light and bright, felt right at home. Pristine clean everywhere. Everything thought of regarding guests’ needs. Felt safe. Lovely and generous host. Highly recommended. Really lovely little downtown.

Katherine’s cottage in Farmersville is the most charming place to stay with a great location. It is a short walk from the equally charming main-street/ downtown area where you can find restaurants, shops, and a cool little wine place. Katherine takes great pride in her home- and you can tell. She was excellent to communicate with and I am very grateful for the experience. What a lovely experience I had staying in this cottage.
