We arrived here quite late as we had a wedding to attend in McKinney. The host was extremely helpful in helping us settle in quite nicely. I can’t fault this house, the decor is chic and it’s definitely home away from home. It’s a brand new house, the Kitchen is fully kitted and we were able to make dinner quickly. My family loved the large spacious room. It’s also a new quiet neighbourhood. Everything was on point

We had a great experience staying at this property. The interior decor was modern, exquisite and lush. These were bunch of friends out of state and we met together for another friend's event, it was such a great time. The property was clean inside out, with fresh beddings and linen, we had extra towels and items to use. The host was helpful in navigating all we needed and was responsive timely. The location had easy access to the major highway. The neighbourhood is safe and you could take a walk around the area. There is a huge room upstairs, that's quite large.

I stayed here to be close to my daughters wedding venue. The place is nice and brand new with lots of construction still going on around the neighborhood. The only problem we had was we had no TV the whole stay, the toilet was dirty and the garage was full of trash. I would suggest blinds or better curtains to keep the light out early in the morning. We had very little toilet paper when we arrived. I had to clean one of the toilets because it was disgusting. No extra blankets in the linen closet. We had one extra pillow with no pillowcase on it. I understand that it's new but it could use a few extra's to make the stay more inviting. I believe I saw a review saying the same thing and the response was that they were getting it taken care of. That has yet to happen. I do appreciate it being convenient to the venue and the early check in but I also feel like my additional guests were stuck without the ability to watch TV the whole time, so that was very inconvenient.

Everything was great I loved the space and look forward coming back, the only down fall was the internet being out due to construction but the host tried there best to resolve the issue it was on the internet company side not the host… I highly recommend you booking this space

Beds were comfortable, furniture was nice and large enough for our group. Kitchen needed additional items such as kitchen towels and washcloths, and pot holders. Dishes and glasses and coffee mugs were not adequate for our group with only four plates and other pieces. I would recommend adding mini blinds to the rooms with very sheer curtains to provide more privacy at night. Overall condition was very nice, just needed a few more amenities.
