The house itself is beautiful and offers many features for enjoying a relaxing stay on the beach. The family that lives on the grounds was extremely helpful and available to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable, with assistance for any needs such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and information about the surrounding areas, should you need that. The house fit our party of 15 (3 families) very comfortably, as there is ample space for lounging and spacious bedrooms. We all enjoyed the luxury of the patio pool, hammocks, rocking chairs, and air conditioning units for cooling off when needed. Because the surrounding area is industrial and dryer than other coastal areas, the town and neighborhood is not touristy, which attracted us to this place. Because of that, it felt very totally tranquil and safe to stay in.

All in all this was a nice play to stay. The outdoor patio space with all the chairs and hammocks were great way to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. The access to the beach is easy access and private. The housekeep was helpful in getting us wood when we wanted to have a fire on the beach and this is a must if your staying at this location! The stars and the moon at night were amazing and the memories made are unforgettable. The bedrooms overall were comfortable with AC and ceiling fans. Good internet as we work remotely. A few cons would be a very dated kitchen with no AC or fans made it uncomfortably hot when cooking. The AC in the dining room area broke down and the attempt to fix it didn't work. The mosquitos get real bad when the sun sets so having indoor space with AC would have been nice. Bring bug spray and food covers as the fly's are always around and not the fault of the host as this is part of beach life. Thank you for a nice stay!

Alonso graciously allowed my group of 20 to rent this home. The home is spacious enough for such a huge group and we didn’t feel crowded at all. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and the beach which feels private and right off the back door. We also took advantage of paying the individual he recommended to keep the space clean for us (cleaning the kitchen after we cooked, etc.). The home felt safe as it is enclosed and you can park your cars inside. I was a little scared that we would go over the electricity allowance but we did fine despite the size of our group. Overall, we had a fun time as a family and enjoyed everything the home had to offer.
