I got the location send but it send me to a different location had to ask for directions to where the house was.. then light switches not working properly, air conditioner brinden in living room, refrigerators not cooling and outside refrigerator would not stay closed had to prop a chair to keep close. Said on amenities that I had the used of a washer but was told that it didn’t come with the rental. I had to get in touch with Host.. than host try to charge me extra for used of electricity. Which I didn’t paid.. got in touch with Airbnb customer services and they agree with me .. the house was clean but the utilities are not well kept..

While this place was very peaceful and right on the ocean. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house, also the fact that amenities listed did not function. We chose this property based on these amenities (internet and TV) and when we asked no clear explanation was given by host or attempt to correct. The staff onsite was very pleasant and courteous but not very willing to assist. We made the best of our stay but the disappointment of paying for something and not getting it weigh heavy on this review. Not worth the price.

The house is stunning, well maintained, and with housekeepers that are kind. You are within walking distance of some local restaurants that are delicious! The pool comes in perfect after a hot walk and the views of the ocean are spectacular. I had my 93 y/o grandma with me who uses a walker and wheelchair and we were able to move her around the house easily. I recommend this house to anyone visiting the Poneloya area!
