The path drops you at the main peak of "The Boom" - perfect to kick off your sandals and paddle out! Newly built, Casa Luz is the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of Nicaragua. With massive windows throughout, you'll feel like you're in a tree house overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This open layout home features a fully stocked kitchen to whip up delicious meals, large indoor and outdoor eating areas to gather around, and plenty of outdoor sitting space to relax and enjoy your time. You'll want to make yourself right at home! Upstairs features the beautifully designed main indoor living area and kitchen, a large deck overlooking the garden and ocean, and two bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom as well as a half bath. The ground level has two bedrooms and a shared (not adjoining) bathroom. With comfortable beds and organic bamboo sheets, you'll be excited to crawl into bed after a perfect day surfing, exploring, or simply lounging. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and ceiling fans for your comfort as well as screened windows if you prefer to enjoy the fresh, tropical breezes. Clothing dressers are provided in each room, though you won't need much more than a few swim suits. All furniture is locally sourced and crafted teakwood. When you're not enjoying the beach or a local excursion, grab a book and find a tranquil sitting area to unwind. Or perhaps the plunge pool will entice you to cool off and lounge around as you sip frozen drinks or smoothies made from the seasonal fruit found throughout the half acre property. Additionally, there are two outdoor showers to rinse off after surfing or swimming. There are two open-air "rooms" on the ground level - one is a sitting area while the other open space is perfect for rolling out a yoga mat and stretching. Here, you'll find a beach and surfboard locker for guests to store their boards. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, yoga mats, and beach cooler are provided for guests use. Stand-up paddle boards are available at the house for a small additional fee. Really treat yourself and book our chef to masterfully prepare up to three meals a day. Grocery delivery can be arranged. Additionally, horseback riding excursions, massages, and babysitting services can be arranged. The quiet fishing village of Asseradores is within walking distance from Casa Luz with a few local restaurants and small roadside shops to pick up very basic necessities. Chinandega is the nearest city, approximately 40 minutes away, and has large grocery stores and other amenities. Airport transportation can be arranged. Rental cars are conveniently available at the airport if you prefer your own transportation.
