This newly built 650 sq. ft. apartment is located in the heart of Sandpoint's 'Mid-Town'! Just 5 blocks from downtown and minutes away from City Beach, our cozy retreat offers central access to parks, skiing, hiking, and biking trails. A short stroll leads to a natural food market, coffee spots, a brewery, antique shops, and the town's Farmer's Market. As much as we adore pets, we maintain a no-animal policy in this unit to ensure an allergy-free environment for all our guests. A private separate entrance leads to this second-floor apartment (alley entrance). This is a very comfortable space with one of the few listings in Sandpoint that has air conditioning. The bedroom has a comfy king-sized mattress with soft linens. The living room includes a large 65-inch 4k smart television. The full-sized kitchen also has a microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. This spacious bathroom has lots of natural light. Also, enjoy a lighted/anti-steam vanity mirror and a washer/dryer.

Amy is an awesome host - the place was spotless and exactly as described - nice quiet location and still very close to downtown and easy drive to many amenities. It was a great place to spend a week.

I booked Amy's place for a physician resident rotating at a local clinic. Amy was great to work with, easy to communicate with, and checked in part way through the stay to make sure he had everything he needed to make his stay comfortable. I would recommend Amy's place and would be happy to use it again in the future!
