在这里住了一个月左右，真的很完美，房东热情大方，所处的环境也非常好，有舒适的生活环境，游泳池可以游泳，房间里的设施也是应有尽有，性价比非常高，极力推荐在附近住宿的朋友选择这里，一定不会让你失望

I’ve had the most wonderful stay at Janette’s place. The appartment is situated on the top floor and had a large kitchen, dining table, proper desk, nice seating area and a bed. Basically anything you could wish for. (And proper quick internet, I work in IT and spent 3 weeks working from there without any hiccups) More importantly, Janette is an incredibly kind and warm host. We got together with some of her other tenants and had dinner. She made me feel right at home and all in all is a great and inspiring person. In regards to the location: yes, it’s slightly outside of the city centre. But a 15-minute grab bike costs only 80 THB. Within a 10-minute walk you can find local restaurants and a 7-11 and other convenience stores. It’s such a peaceful and green location. And the addition of the pool makes it the perfect spot to spend some time in Chiang Mai!

Me and my gf had an awesome time at Janettes place. It was much bigger than we thought and it’s so peaceful and quiet there. It had a full kitchen and is equipped with everything you will need. There are TWO balconies. One on each side of the home so you can just open the Sliding glass doors and the breeze is very strong. One side has views of the mountains and the other side has a clear view of the pool. Which is handy when you want to swim. The pool was very clean and hardly anyone uses it. The WiFi is very strong and stable. There’s a large desk and comfortable couches and bed to sit/sleep on. I honestly didn’t want to leave and extend our time there but we have to leave. Sigh, it was a good experience and I highly recommend to anyone that needs a quiet place to work and or sleep. I got some good sleep there and that’s something hard for me to get so I appreciated that. 15 minutes walk to grocery store or a few minutes to a restaurant close by. Don’t hesitate to book this unit, Nice
