Hôte très accueillante et attentionnée, heure d'arrivée flexible. Appartement cosy, très propre, spacieux, très bien équipé, au calme. A proximité des gares et du port pour un séjour sans souci, parking disponible si vous venez en voiture. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour à Côme et ses alentours (40min de train seulement pour Milan). Encore un grand merci Sandra pour tout !

Loved our stay here. Just outside of the Old Wall area with lots of dining, cafes, shopping. Very convenient to the train station and water taxis.

This was the best short term accommodation I have ever stayed at. From the communication, to the location and the modern, spacious and extremely comfortable digs. It helps that it's literally a stones throw from the old town wall across the street, but the modern renovation combined with the in person welcome from the property manager (and huge amount of 'to do' tips) makes this the best for me. The only thing (and we knew prior) that gave us challenges was the car park that is about 400 metres away and accessed via a car lift - that was a little challenging (although I should add, you get an in person tutorial about how to use it). The challenge was more how to drop off/pick up bags at the start and end of the trip in a busy area. Anyway, an absolute cracker place for me - can't recommend enough! Thanks for having us Sandra and Lake Como!

We came to Lake Como for a wedding and had to get to meet at the city center for our shuttles. Sandra’s location was a short walk to the city center (close to water taxi, and bit chargers) and restaurants…it was perfect! We felt safe, there were clear instructions how to get in the building and a binder full of recommendations for como. I would recommend this location to family and friends over and over again. We had zero complaints!! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your space!!
