Wow! We adored this place! The nature, the little cosy house with the cute outside kitchen and of course... the welness facilities: pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The little house was super well- equipped and Alvaro was really responsive to al my questions. You had to reserve your spot for the jacuzzi and sauna on the board. The system worked well. There is a restaurant on the site with decent food but overpriced. After one dinner and breakfast, we decided to make our own or to go to the town that you find in 10 minutes. We loved that the location was away from the busy touristy places but it was more difficicult to get around the lake with the boats. Because of low season there weren't many options and the last boats were already at 17h. But you can find yourself a private boat if you make a good deal!

Alvaro’s place was perfect for our family - we loved the fenced in outdoor space both for our toddler and our dog, having fires at night, and the convenience of either cooking ourselves or eating at the Posada de Santiago Restaurant. We stayed for almost a week and Alvaro also provided a mid week cleaning which we appreciated.

El residencial donde se encuentra la cabaña está muy bonito, con una gran vista del lago y del volcán San Pedro... el lugar ofrece varias amenidades para pasar unos días de relax con las mejores vistas. Tener un restaurante en las instalaciones es muy conveniente por si no se puede ir al pueblo a comer. El residencial está a las afueras de Santiago, así que del embarcadero hay que llegar en tuk tuk porque está un poco retirado. La descripción de la cabaña coincide con el anuncio, sólo hay que considerar que puede ser algo fría por la humedad del ambiente. Nosotros tuvimos un pequeño problema con el baño, pero Álvaro estuvo al pendiente para dar solución... la comunicación fluye, sólo considerar que él no está en el lugar y puede ser más lento de lo deseado. De cualquier manera disfrutamos mucho del lugar y nuestra estancia, muy recomendable.
