The cottage was ideal for our large family. The space worked really well and location was great for us. The pool was a particular favourite for the kids, it was really warm and a good size ideal for rainy days. The games room was also a real added benefit.The hosts were great and responsive during the booking process. We will definitely be looking to return.

Lovely place, thoughtful Easter touches for our Easter weekend stay. Good info, the place had everything we needed. Loved the pool, sauna and games room, easy pool booking system. Looked exactly as pictured, greeted on arrival and given a tour around the house and surroundings. Would recommend!

Fantastic from start to finish. Cottage is immaculate and the photos do not do it justice. So much more spacious with great outdoor space as well. The pool is a brilliant size and works really well with the booking system. Kids loved going to feed the geese and walking through the wood. The games room is also a brilliant touch and made parenting much easier. Location is great. It feels super rural and a million miles away from the real world, yet there is loads to do within 30 mins.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Mole End, Libbear Barton. The property was very clean and nicely decorated, lots of space to chill out in the living room or eat around the big dining table in the kitchen. Having the gas BBQ in the garden was a real treat for easy BBQing. The site is beautiful, with lots to do, so we didn't feel we had to get off-site to have a fun day - swimming, fun in the Games Room, walks in the woods, running around with a football on the field, playing in the outdoor play area. The surprisingly-big soft play section was a particular highlight for our 2 year old! Though the site is quite remote (not a bad thing for peace and quiet!), we were able to get to the beach at Widemouth in half an hour and Dartmoor isn't too far away. We were able to get grocery deliveries without any trouble either. Max & Alex were great hosts - whenever there was a question we had, they were quick to respond. Even when there was a problem with the washing machine, they were very quick to sort it out and the site team helped with doing a load of our washing while we waited - all very helpful! Would definitely recommend to others, great for families with young children, but would also suit those with older ones as well. The layout of the site would make it ideal for a groups of families to go away together too.

Libbear Barton is a beautiful place, deep in North Devon’s countryside. The garden, lake and woods are ideal for family enjoyment and the pool, gym and games room, while offering limited bookings, are well- maintained. Mole End cottage is comfortable and well-appointed although it is important to note that the two ground floor bedrooms contain bunk beds and not twin beds as shown on the website photographs. These beds are not long enough for adults.
