Amazing stay for a large family trip, quite far from local towns and the coast but the surroundings and woodland are beautiful. The accommodation is very cosy and clean, with a nice separate lounge area for evenings and large bedrooms. Would highly recommend Max’s place as the amenities are fantastic for both adults and children. Especially the pool, which you can book for private access.

We had great experiences, very warm welcoming, felt like home. Our children loved everything about it, the outdoor, the swimming pool, play room/ aria. We highly recommend Max’s place. Perfect for families.

Amazing communication from the owners prior to our arrival which helped to plan our little break well. Stunning cottage with loads of room for everyone. We used the pool, soft play and games room everyday. We will be returning with our family very soon .

Badger’s House at Libbear Barton was just an outstanding place to stay. The house and leisure facilities were really family friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained; really lovely home decor. We loved having space to play family games in the living room and sit down to big family dinner in the dining room. The surroundings are beautiful with some great on site wooded walks. The hosts were great at communicating, were friendly and open and went the extra step to provide us with some local events information. Overall - thorough enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
