This place is Zostel and not an independent guy running a hostel. Dharamveer Singh is not available at the place but gives the IVR contact number of the brand Zostel. check out time is at 9am which is another annoying factor. Guys at the reception was give me wrong information about camping in the desert. They said one can't do a solo camping in Sam Dunes or in any of the desert and has to go through an agent. After enquiring about this to the locals, I came to know that there's nothing like that and did solo camping at Sam dunes and Khuri. Ambience at the common areas are good but not the great in the room. Ac was out of order and there was no hot water which is not that great during winters. There are much better places available for much less rates in and around Fort. Early mornings are stressful as most of the guests wants to check out by 9 am so available of the toilet and bathrooms are difficult as both are attached. This is the experience of me and my friends who I meet in this property so decided not to extend our stay.
