To be honest the house is beautiful but only thing is that I’m very disappointed is on the cleaning house. Good people but is not fear that they charge us 200 for cleaning house and we had a dirty house but good house just need better cleaning house

Mike gave clean directions and was concise about the property. We truly enjoy our stay and the backyard was perfect for our organization to prep for the Juneteenth event we put on in Merced. However, the master shower filled and drained extremely slow. The house was as described, though it was very dusty, had lots of cob webs and seems a little old, as if no one had been there in a while. Overall, it was a nice stay and truly accommodating for what we needed. Thanks Mike for your hospitality and allowing us to stay at your place…! We would definitely stay again!

The place was nice however there Are no windows 2 open. At least have a screen doir for the sliding patio glass door. Bbq was not functioning and very dirty. The neighbors dogs bark alot and it seems to ve a very unfreindly neighborhood. Its sad because the overall house is nice and host and he provided good instructions
