A great place to stay with girlfriends for our annual weekend retreat! The kitchen was stocked with all the dish ware and utensils needed for cooking. Comfy beds, clean bathroom. A real treat!

Beautiful and spacious cottage. Owner took time to draw out a local map, let us know what was happening in the area and how to access everything within the home. Very close to town and amenities.

Urszula's place was the perfect home-base for our trip to the Bancroft area. The cottage itself was well-appointed, spotless, and spacious but cozy. Urszula also had some excellent suggestions for things to see/do in the area. What a great spot!

The cottage is beautiful inside and out. The open great room with the open master bedroom loft on the 2nd floor was stunning, and a great weekend getaway for the two of us and our pup. The massive front windows look out at the road, and because it was winter and the leaves were off the trees, we could see the river across the street. There was good hiking and walking trials nearby on the heritage trail, and the Egan Chutes Provincial Park (just a few minutes drive). Check AllTrails, or for a Bancroft live cam, to see if you'll need to bring your snowshoes. When we got back from a day outside, it was nice to use the BBQ in the backyard. The yard is very small, but theres a back deck large enough for a family to hangout and have dinner or drinks.
