From Coonoor, taxis refused to go to Airbnb. Got a taxi through Ankita's team, charged double. Villa not in Coonoor. Dangerous roads during drop off. One km of dirt road. Dangerous trip with kids. No phone signal, got lost despite directions. Villa smelled of Rotten smell, we had allergies, no working wifi or network, dirty house, and wet used towels provided. Lack of cookware for infant, when we asked they provided dangerous cookware. Food poisoning on the first night from food ordered thru them. Difficulty contacting staff, no intercom, internet, or cell service. We walked up and down in the cold to give basic directions. Promised breakfast was nonexistent had boiled eggs and toast. Water quality suspected to be bad. Toddler developed allergies and red eyes, room stinking, had mold in exhaust. Moved out after 2 days instead of 4. They made check in via villa vista and cancelled our last two days via villa vista. Had promised refund for last 2 days, now claim Airbnb responsible. Scam?

This place is not near proper Coonoor city, and that was a bit of an issue as most cabs were reluctant to go there or asked for much higher charges. The last almost 3km of the approach road is non-motorable and only good SUVs can manage there. There should be some transport facility given from the villa to the main highway which can make it easier. Best would be to develop the road. Other than that, the place is beautiful, and serene. Good for a quiet getaway, and decent food.

Location ideal for group get together not for family, villa maintained well, though not as great as in pics. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast simple. Please note the place is 20 kms off coonoor and u have to negotiate 4 km off road but u could drive your own vehicle

Beautiful location, accommodation was clean and well maintained throughout the stay, large outdoor grass area to play games, nice dining area and a variety of food available to order, friendly staff and great service. We had a lovely time and would recommend to others.

Amazing place, beautiful location, peaceful stay. You have your own private space to sit, drink and enjoy.
