Cheryl's home was the perfect place to spend our holiday season with family. Close to Pittsford Plaza amenities and the highway, but located in a peaceful neighborhood. The home was cozy and had all the amenities we needed and Cheryl graciously let us host Christmas Eve dinner for our family that lives local. The home was perfect for hosting a small dinner and our pup loved the spacious backyard. We will definitely stay at Cheryl's the next time we are in Rochester!

Wonderful place and a wonderful city! Clean, appropriately busy, easily accessibly with plenty of stores nearby. Dog friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Close to university of Rochester, historic pitsford, pitsford plaza, restaurants, grocery, coffee, cinema, airport. All Within 5-max 15 minutes from home. Lots of deer and beautiful birds. A lovely stay. Other than updates needed in 2nd bathroom we were so comfortable in this cozy home. Thank you Cheryl.

Cheryl's home was lovely and stocked with everything we needed. Home is pet friendly (for a small fee). Beds were very comfy with plenty of space in each room. Freezer was even stocked with plenty of ice! It is very close to all the local restaurants. Cheryl has a check in binder with clear instructions on how to use heat/air, etc. as well as recommendations for restaurants and shops. She was quick to respond all my questions. Highly recommend this rental and we will definitely stay again.
