We really enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent right on the canal and in the village. Well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Very much appreciated the extra touches such as the snacks, games, and laundry detergent. Made our stay in Fairport very pleasant. BTW, you can walk to some of the best ice cream we've ever had--Moonlight Creamery--worth the walk...

Tom's place is wonderful! Quaint home with modern updates. Conveniently located to Fairport village so restaurants and shops are walkable. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in Tom's place for the Eclipse weekend - 5 adults and a two-year-old. The place was perfect for our group. Tom provided a few of the things needed for the 2-year-old, which was very much appreciated - he has a crib, baby gate, etc. We had a nice walk out to the park, which was fun for the 2-year-old. The fenced in back yard was also a bonus for us. I’m sure it would be appreciated by pet owners as well. We liked that the location was close enough to walk to restaurants, bars etc. (for next time) but still reasonably private. The traffic that did go by was mostly bicycle traffic getting access to the Canal pathway. The kitchen was perfect for us to cook our meals, and also for us to hang out. It is well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. and has a good size refrigerator. The whole house was a perfect size for our group. It was also very clean, clutter free and nicely decorated. Overall, we would enjoy staying there again next time we are in Fairport.

Great place! Tom was very responsive. We were getting low on coffee and he brought some by right away! Would highly recommend!
