Cheryl was easy to work with and very receptive to messages. This house is in a great area near schools and churches. We were able to walk our dog through this neighborhood and even made it to Sunday Mass before we checked out. My daughter goes to grad school in Rochester, and this set up was perfect for a nice visit this weekend.

The house was immaculate and exactly as described, with lots of charming midcentury modern design features. Our host promptly responded to all of our inquiries, and in general made our stay memorable and stress free. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. I miss it already!

Love it when previous reviews match the experience! Cheryl’s place was exactly as described, with a floor plan perfect for our family of five. Clean house, comfortable beds and great water pressure. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of greater Rochester.

Comfortable home, great for a family of four. Spotless inside and out. Cheryl was very accommodating overall and with some last minute changes. Highly recommended!
