房子周围环境好，附近商超多也便利。家里非常干净，装修考究，设施齐全，住着很温馨。尤其是房东热情大方，沟通很顺畅，非常用心的在经营，让我们感觉如同回家一样亲切舒心，以后还是会选择这里。

房子有些老旧，自驾交通便利，离LAX开车大约40分钟，性价比高。房东Helen也棒极了，随时提供任何咨询，还主动带我去Costco买一些东西带回国，下次去还找她。

Helen's place was perfect for my business trip. The room had a desk and fast wifi so I could do work when I arrived. The bed was comfortable, and Helen has a full kitchen and laundry for guests. Communication with Helen was excellent. Helen was very quick to respond to my messages. I look forward to staying at Helen's home again for my next work trip.
