The apartment is great but the lack of wifi is a big issue. You cannot even watch TV for lack of wifi. It definitely needs a booster to better the service which is pretty much non existent. It took the shine off an otherwise lovely apartment.

Gabriella was an amazing host! She was wonderful from the beginning! She was always quick to respond to my messages, She went above and beyond! She even helped and reserved a parking spot for my relatives who were coming to visit us from Genova. She also suggested some wonderful restaurants that would accommodate our large group. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had a wonderful view and was so easy to get around town! It’s central to everything! Also, a big thank you to Luca (who works with Gabriella) he made our check-in so simple and he was so kind to meet me in the square after checkout to bring me my glasses I left behind. I highly recommend Gabriella’s beautiful place to anyone who wants to stay in Varenna.

가브리엘라 너무 친절하고 반갑게 맞에해주셔서 감사합니다. 입구부터 계단이며, 엘레베이터가 없어서 좀 힘들었지만, 저녁 요리를 해서 테라스에서 먹을땐.... 너무나 멋지고 좋았어요!! :)

What a host! What an immaculate apartment! Gabriella’s apartment is absolutely beautiful. In addition, it had the most comfortable beds that we slept in during our 11 day trip. It also had the largest - and best - shower that we encountered. It has stunning vistas, too. With that said, the best part of this place is Gabriella herself; she is a phenomenal host. Even though we reserved at the very last minute, she graciously agreed to come meet us 3.5 hours ahead of check-in so that we wouldn’t be stuck hauling our luggage around in the rain. She also arranged a taxi for us the following morning to get us to the train station in the rain. We are delighted to have wound up at her place. This is a 5-star ABNB with a 10-star host She was such a stark contrast to our other host in Varenna, Lake Como Holiday, who were absolutely miserable. You can’t go wrong here. Perfecto!
