The apartment is in a perfect area if you don’t have a car as it is a few minutes walk from the station and right near the ferry station. There aren’t many grocery shops in the area but there is one 5 minutes away on the train. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the beds were comfortable. It is quite small and some of the furniture is quite dated. However there is a very nice view from the apartment.

Great location. Near the pier and the train station. Downtown is a 10 minute walk away. Enough space for tte whole family. The sofa bed in the living room could be better. The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation. Overall a pleasant stay. Varenna is wonderful. Parking close to this place is difficult, but there's a large public parking lot downtown.

The apartment was in a good location, easy to get to ferries and trains and an easy walk to Centro. Lovely lake views from windows at front and mountains at back. It was easy to locate the apartment and the internal stairs were clean, light and easy to climb. The instructions to get the keys was clear and apartment easy to locate. Close to a small supermarket which had mainly what was needed. Wifi was strong. Washing machine was a nice surprise as it was not provided in original description. Overall a good apartment, however, kitchen left a bit to be desired and apartment generally is a bit tired.

The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view of the lake from the living room. The beds are really comfortable and there is an ok kitchen if you need to cook. The walk to the ferry is easy and only around five minutes. The walk to the train station is a little difficult with luggage as you have to carry it up/down steep stairs or walk on the road , which is dangerous. Overall a nice place to stay in Varenna.

Amazing stay in an amazing location. Not in the main area of varenna maybe a 10 minute walk, and a 5 minute walk to the ferry. This is nice to avoid the tourist crowd during the afternoon. Host was clear on transit and check in instructions. Beautiful balcony to work on and wifi was very fast for us for our week stay. Would recommend.
