The house sits on the hillside a little north of town overlooking the village and the bay leading out to the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy the fabulous sunsets all year round and the whale pods that come through seasonally. You will be surrounded by beautiful lush vegetation and bird life. After a busy day in town, or on the beach, come back to Casa Agave and enjoy the quiet and serene views of Sayulita. This is a very spacious house, perfect for larger groups to all be together at once, or plenty of places to get away and have your own quiet time. The lower level (Casita) has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it's own smaller kitchen and living area. Perfect for the kids to have their own area. The main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and large living area. This level goes out onto the terrace with the pool. The upper level has 2 king bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and beautiful views. The large upper terrace has a covered lounging area, a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets or a quiet place to read or nap.

Casa Agave is quite spectacular with the stunning panoramic view of the inlet and the many spacious lounging areas. We were incredibly comfortable while hanging at the house and soaking in the small, but very refreshing pool. We truly enjoyed waking up to the gorgeous view every single morning! And the sunsets were seriously amazing! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. There were many books and games to choose from as well. This house cannot be rented without also renting a golf cart or car. The hill mentioned is actually a steep mountain. 2 of our group are daily runners and still needed a golf cart. Golf carts that can actually climb the mountain are $94/day and only carry 3 people when going up or down, so plan to spend additional money for this! We loved Northside Cafe for smoothies and coffee and Bicho’s tacos were divine! Abel was always quick to respond as well!overall, we would highly recommend this house!
Great place for families and friends, peaceful above the madness, great views. Pool is smaller than it seems, we had 5 adults and 2 kids under 10.

Loved our stay at Casa Agave! The view is spectacular, the home is beautiful, the pool is clean and delightful, and the staff are incredible!! Heather, the house manager, was very helpful and responsive. Yasmine did a great job of keeping things neat and clean. Very much recommended!
Casa Agave was overall, magical. The views from the back patio superseded my expectations. You see the entire town as well as the main beach to watch surfers and absolutely stunning sunsets. The home itself felt very tradition styled and gave a great at home feel. The appliances didn’t function at top performance - the fridge didn’t stay very cold and we have a few items go bad. All of the beds seemed to be very comfortable and it was great that each bedroom had their own bath. We did see a scorpion so keep your eyes peeled. It was very small. Very very private home. It is definitely not walking distance to town, the way down is fine but the way back up is a trek. Golf carts are a must. The property manager, Heather was WONDERFUL. So available, proactive and took care of any problem almost immediately with no questions asked. The pool is smaller than it looks in photos - 10 of us fit extremely snug when all of us were in it. Overall, great experience and highly recommend.

Casa Agave sits up on the hill in a very quiet setting overlooking Banderas Bay. There is only lush jungle vegetation to the south and one house a good distance away to the north. It is hard to find a place in Sayulita with this much privacy.
The house sits up on the hill a little north of town. It is about a 15-20 min. walk into town/beach, a little longer going back up. If you won't have a vehicle, we highly recommend renting a local golf cart for getting around and up and down the hill. The hill is steep, but very much worth the quiet beautiful views and sunsets. . Our property manager can help arrange golf cart rental and airport transportation. For airport transportation to Sayulita.....The cost round trip for 7 people is approx. $130 USD plus tip, also includes a stop at the store. Local golf cart rentals run approx. $50 USD/day. If you plan to rent a car, we recommend www.geckorentcar.com. They are very reliable and have no hidden fees of any kind. We have been using them for 10 years and have always been happy. They have a new office close to the airport which makes it very easy. They will pick you up at the airport, take you to the office to get the car and off you go. They also have a great Travel Guide on the website with a lot of good information.
