I am writing a fair review regarding this experience. Joanna, the room and the location are all perfect I would say. But there is one thing that I feel no one could tolerate is that the host did not check and ensure that there's heat and hot water at the room before they listed in the airbnb for rental. The first day I arrived here after an overnight flight, there's no heat and hot water to even take a shower and the room temperature is below 15. The host and airbnb neither provide timely solution and I can only be forced to live in a cold room for a night. This IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL for all guests.

Could not be happier with my stay. Starting a new job in London was a little daunting, but being able to have a comfortable, safe place to stay definitely helped. Will absolutely book again when next in the office

Joanna's place was perfect for a weekend stay! It was super easy to do the self check-in and the apartment was sparkling clean. It was nice and large and fully stocked with glassware and utensils. The bed was super comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. Was also nice to have the courtyard area. Would definitely stay again next time I am in London.

Wonderful stay at a great apartment in a really convenient location with good restaurants, and near to bus routes. Everything we needed in the apartment.
