The location of Simon’s place is unbeatable - in the heart of Shoreditch, walking distance from Liverpool Street, with lots of great restaurants close by. The apartment is basic, yet airy, spacious and the absolute perfect place for exploring London. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment shows some signs of wear and tear, but that really didn’t mind. Simon was super responsive and helpful.We would definitely go back.

best part about this flat is the location! especially if you want to be right in the middle of all the action in shoreditch. beautiful interior with great view of the neighborhood. the flat is on the 3rd floor of the building and the climb up the stairs can be exhausting if you're not in good shape. also it's not straightforward how to turn the heater on. some instructions on how to do so are helpful. all in all, great location and great value!

Amazing location and cool top floor flat with lots of light. Would stay again, though more seating in the living room would be a great tweak.

Great location in Shoreditch, near Old Street tube. Being on the top floor without elevator wasn’t a problem for us.
