Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath warehouse conversion between Shoreditch / Old Street and Barbican. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings and abundance of natural light, the comfy beds and the openplan living and dining area This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). The apartment has two bedrooms, an open kitchen living room space, and two bathrooms and is very bright. It is on the second floor with elevator. It is in the centre of arguably London's trendiest and liveliest location - Shoreditch. The apartment is in Zone 1 only a few minutes walk from Old Street station and Barbican station and the Barbican entrance to Elizabeth line (Farringdon). The apartment has been furnished to a high standard throughout with all modern conveniences including: high speed wifi, washer/dryer, full kitchen and plasma tv. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and the smaller one a double size bed. Please note: We do not offer cable TV We can provide an air mattress for you to set up in sitting room at additional cost. This property is currently for sale and so we may need an occasional viewing. If this happens we would provide >24h notice. Any potential sale will take 3+ months

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Hendryks's place. The location was perfect for our needs, which centered around an event at the Barbican. The flat was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. These are not complaints, but a few things to be aware of: The key is picked up at a shop near Old Street tube station. There is only 1 key available, so if your party wants to split up, you will need to plan the logistics. The front door is a bit challenging to unlock. Fortunately, one of my friends was able to open it after I was unable. The furniture shown in these photos is no longer in the flat, but the overall vibe is similar. Amenities are quite limited — no speaker (we bought one at a nearby Argos), no coffee maker (we went out). The ironing board was in the middle of the living room when we walked in, and we realized it was not collapsible, so we just left it where it was. I would absolutely be willing to stay here again. We're grateful for a nice stay.
Always responsive and quite prompt in replies. A quite understanding and hospitable host, and the team handling communication. The apartment is quite conveniently located to the workplace that we had to go daily, and very close to public transport and underground. Images are quite representative of the actual apartment and perfect for a 3 weeks' stay!
