Sam's place is awesome. Right in the heart of Old Town Montreal. Worth every penny on location alone. My group of 12 guys just barely fit comfortably but Sam provided enough air mattress so that no one had to double up on a double sized bed. My group never planned on getting groceries or cooking which was absolutely no problem with all the restaurants and cafes a stones throw from the front door. Definitely recommend for any group.

The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The loft was beautiful, modern, in great shape and had everything we needed. There was soap in the kitchen, for laundry and in all three bathrooms and showers (body wash, shampoo and conditioner, very nice!) There was a hair dryer (without defuser.) The water pressure in the primary shower was wonderful, and it had dual shower heads. The beds were very firm, very clean. The pictures are all perfectly accurate regarding the size of the space: it's huge! No hammock chair but the eye bolt is still there, so we brought it own and it was great. We used the pool table a lot. The business downstairs is very quiet, never heard them. We really enjoyed our stay!

This place was great for our family of 5 (with 3 teens). It offered lots of space, the kitchens & bathrooms were all very comfortable. We took advantage of the local restaurants and didn't cook anything significant in the home although the kitchen is well equipped. The open loft layout and having a pool table made it extra fun as a vacation spot. The location in Old Montreal is perfect!
