Beautiful apartment in the most vibrant Montreal neighborhood. I recommend!

John's place was fabulous and everything we were looking for in a downtown Montreal setting. The location is walkable to several different parts of the city, and the Metro is across the street as are the Bixi rentable bikes. There is a convenient parking garage just a five minute walk from the apartment, as well as a lovely little cafe just downstairs. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 4, extremely clean and attractive. It was also quiet despite being in the middle of the city. We can't wait to return!

This is an impeccably clean & sunny apartment in a quiet 7 story building and located in an area where I felt safe. We were able to park our car in a paid spot temporarily to unload our luggage in front of the building. Then we moved to a underground garage for the duration of our stay. Check reviews before choosing a garage. Across the street from the apt. is the Place-des-Arts Metro station which is easy to use to get to all the local attractions in Montreal. It was an easy 20 min walk to Old Montreal. Check out the beautiful Aura show at the Notre Dame. Tim Hortons coffee is about a block away from the apt. Eggspectations is about 3 blocks away for a yummy breakfast. The host was always available to communicate with if I needed to. We didn't cook as we wanted to experience Montreal restaurants, but the kitchen was well equipped. Loved the local fave Le Banquise for poutine. I would definitely recommend this apt. as it has everything you need and is a great location.
