Good spot, however there’s a bar downstairs so it may get a bit noisy. Comfortably holds 6 people. Some spot cleaning needed, under the pull out couch there was some debris, but nothing too bad. Overall a good stay and worth the money.
Extremely enjoyable time for the five of us. My friends and I had the opportunity of enjoying Davy’s place in the heart of Montreal. Davy was responsive and very welcoming. The place was clean, had lovely decorations, and contained all the appliances we needed to enjoy our stay. I would recommend Davy’s hospitality and location to any group/individual that has a desire to stay in Montreal!

Nice central location and everything was as described. The fire alarm went off during our stay and we had to evacuate, but of course this wasn't the host's fault.
