Tina is casual and very welcoming. The site is so naturally beautiful with forest and a creek that runs making it feel so fresh. Love the upstairs setting with wood burning stove. The open concept makes evening laughter a little hard with kids in bed (if you need to stay indoors). Love the big deck. Would like to see a table and more chairs on the deck, but we did move some chairs onto deck so everyone could enjoy a morning coffee together. It would be nice to have a big BBQ on site, however, Tina was gracious to let us use hers. Lots of room for tent and outdoor games which we all took part in. Nice and close to water so we enjoyed a beautiful spot and played all day. All and all very happy with Tina’s warm presence and cozy lodge. Would recommend Tina and the lodge for a great Kootenay experience. Thank you, Tina.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 3 level cabin! It was perfect for our family with 8 people staying there. We were worried about no AC but even when it was 38 outside it did not get hot inside due to all of the surrounding trees. It was a quiet space with donkeys and horses to visit and a nice creek going through the backyard. Quick access to a few different beaches. We definitely plan to book again next summer!

We enjoyed a family reunion at the Lodge with our family of 9 (6 adults, 3 children, 1 infant and our beloved dog Tikka. The property is breathtaking with windows stretching the length of the walls so you feel as though you are in a magic forest at all times. The accommodations were more than adequate with community-style space for everyone to sleep. The Crawford Bay area is spectacular and Tina was very helpful in recommending 'spots of interest', places to eat, best beaches, etc. We found her communication to be excellent with a fast response to any questions or concerns that arose. Our time in the area is certainly a very memorable one for our whole clan.

Our big group of 13 adults had a wonderful family reunion at this lovely property. The hosts made sure we had everything we could need and we had a blast at multiple picturesque beaches nearby. We were definitely worried about the lack of AC during a heat wave of a week, but the cabin and surrounding grounds stayed surprisingly cool from all the trees and the creek. Would definitely love to stay here again!
