It is a small room with a comfortable small bed and I was astonished to see some mosquito net set up which was a great plus. Also you have the possibility to lock away your luggage in a wooden container, good idea! There was a very spacious common area with hammocks as this room does not come with a hammock (what I mean to say: I always could get a hammock in the common area as other rooms do come with one). Also I got a full spacious tray in the fridge and another big box (outside) to store food no good for the fridge. I stayed there for 5 nights and can recommend this place and room Coquito Pejibaye. Much appreciated!

Nice budget accommodation on the edge of the rainforest. You really are immersed in nature. There were bugs as expected, but to my surprise, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be (especially at night). I abandoned my bug spray after the first night :) Ana was very responsive and I booked a few excursions through her. The shared bathrooms are a bit of a walk from this particular cabin. The water wasn’t working a couple of times but the housekeeper dealt with it promptly.

So amazing! l loved my time there. I was lucky enough to be one of the few ones staying because I came in the off season. Ana is immensely helpful with answering questions and is a fast responder. The location is great, everything is in walking distance. The actual property is beautifully maintained. The gardens are stunning! I even saw rare exotic birds! Very clean. I love that they ask you to take off your shoes in the kitchen and every day when I came back to the Mohagine my room was swept and my bed was made. Great place for solo female travel, the place is mainly run by women. I cherished my time there <3

This is definitely a gem. Near the beach and cool restaurants. I worked from there and the wifi is good. The living room area / kitchen is super cute. I think that maybe the pictures are a bit outdated so the room is not what is displayed but it's still great no worries.
