our family had a fantastic stay with lots to do for all ages. kayak rides were fantastic, great place to swim and fish. the home was very comfortable and spacious.

This is our third stay at Michelle's house. Perfect location! Love waking up and having coffee on the deck overlooking the pond. The house is very clean, spacious and very well maintained. You can tell the pride in ownership. Michelle is constantly updating the property. The new outdoor shower was a great addition this year. We love kayaking on the pond, the property is minutes from the highway-easy access to all the Cape has to offer. I can't recommend this property enough. Just don't steal my week next year :)

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s home! My family loved the views from the deck, the backyard, and the close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s home! Beautiful, large home. The setting is lovely and private - right on the pond with nice trees and landscaping. Large relaxing deck. Kayaks right there for your use. The outdoor shower is fabulous! Easy access to main roads for getting to any area on the Cape. The home has everything you could possibly need during your stay. And Michelle is a wonderful host. She provided info about nearby restaurants, attractions, etc. She is very responsive to any questions you may have. Don’t hesitate to book her home for a wonderful vacation!

Great house, great location, great host. Great location, tucked away but not far from all the action and with a beautiful pond just a few steps out the backdoor. Outdoor space is great with the fire pit, patio that overlooks the pond and kayaks available to use. House had everything we needed. Michelle was a very responsive and easy host to deal with and left easy instructions to follow with dozens of local recommendations. Would stay again!
