Great and quiet place to be at. We moved outta state and we stayed there while we waited to close on our house. Closing got extended multiple times but Lee was so nice and kind to extend our stay with very short notice until we could close on our house. Highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay in Dade city. The community is so friendly and welcoming for me and my doggy. Maintenance is always quick to help when needed. Loved the place so much and it was close to my project site I renewed for an extra week. Definitely recommend to anyone.

We stayed a week in mid-April and another week in mid- May. We were having medical procedures done by a doctor nearby. We had everything we needed to cook our meals, relax and the bed was comfortable. The people in Grove Ridge were friendly and the streets were quiet and nice for walking our dog. The decor was very pleasant and useful for our everyday needs. When we had a problem they responded in a timely manner.

This process to rent this unit was seamless. Great location. The resort is really pretty. Nice pool, shuffle board courts, horseshoes, bocce ball court and billiards. It's well maintained and the residents are all very welcoming and friendly. The people that work at the park were knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you need to be in Central Florida.
