The house was clean and in good condition. Overall the home is nice, however, the kitchen is poorly equipped, had to search for pots and pans, silverware set for only four, (there was 5 of us). We had to make the beds as the top sheet was just set on the pillow, master bath had nowhere to hang one’s towels, could not watch the tv as there was no remote, the house could use some decoration instead of empty shelves and walls. Lastly on check out stated 12:00pm and the cleaning person showed up at 11:00 making us feel rushed to get out. A little small details and it would be a great place to stay.

Great house, even better host. The house is much nicer than the pictures make it look, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Dade City.

this house was perfect for our weekend at the Bay Area Renaissance Fair! beautiful outdoor space and spacious inside! had some issues with water temp in some of the bathrooms but the host was very responsive and helpful!
