The apartment was infestested with a rodent that I am pretty sure was a mouse. The wood surface in the backyard has a strong smell of cat urine which with no air conditioning played havoc on my wife's allergies. I reported this problem to the host but she did not seem to care. Each and everyday I dreaded the idea of going back to this apartment. The backyard was had a lot of nice plants and trees which was nice to look at. I feel bad to mention the problems but I want other perspective clients to know what they are potentially getting into.

Elise esteve pronta a responder às perguntas, a casa é igual às fotos. A cozinha tem tudo que é preciso para fazer refeições. As roupas de cama são de ótima qualidade. A casa de banho é dividida, nunca vimos uma igual, a sanita era em um espaço e a duche em outro. Isso não foi um problema. Não aproveitamos o jardim devido à chuva. A localização é boa perto do metro Voltaire, nós usamos uber para os pontos turísticos, não ficou caro. Amei! Indico a todos.

Wonderful stay! Elise was easy to communicate with and offered many suggestions for enjoying the neighborhood. Easy to walk to many places and explore Paris. Very clean and comfortable!

Overall, I was pleased with my stay here.  Elise is very helpful and responsive. The apartment was centrally located and the amenities were great (washer & dryer and coffee maker). Unfortunately, one of the main reasons we booked was because of the air conditioning but I found out on my own less than a month before our stay, that the listing no longer included it. By that time it was too late to cancel because all other options cost almost $200 more per day. It happened to be a heat wave when I stayed here. We were advised to keep the roll down blinds shut to keep the sun out. The lack of fresh air and the heat made everything (sheets, pillows, towels) smell like mildew. It was not clear to me how to open the blinds for the apartment so for days felt as though I was living in a basement. Once I learned how to open them, it was a much more comfortable apartment to be in during a heat wave.

Very nice house at a perfect location. The owners are very friendly, helpful and kind. You feel as if it is your own home. The house is clean and all the details about the stay are well instructed.There are nice stores and restaurants around as well. It was great pleasure to stay here, looking forward to stay again.
