John's place was exactly as listed and a good stay. Clean, large space, beautiful backyard, etc. John lives on premises in adjacent living spaces, which was not a deal breaker, though John greeted me at the door 100% of the time I walked into the space. I tend to like privacy at an Airbnb; expect a friendly host who will be present.
The house was very clean and well stocked. Great location.
Felt right at home from the moment we stepped in, the house was stocked with anything and everything needed and if you had to there were stores and food places right in the area. The house was very roomy clean and comfortable. I would def stay again no second thoughts about it.
The house is beautiful we where very impressed. It was really peaceful and the hot tub after hours was such a plus. Plenty of room and very well thought out. The kids had great space outside to walk around and enjoy. We even used an onion out of the garden 🪴 would definitely be back thank you John for letting us in your space 😁

Born and raised in the Redding area, I spent 30 years away in the Coast Guard before retiring and moving back in 2013. During my time in the Coast Guard, I had 16 duty stations from New Jersey to San Diego, Kodiak to Puerto Rico and all the coasts in between. Some places more than once. During that time I started doing international travel for work and pleasure, culminating in my 3 1/2 month retirement trip in Europe to attend both famous, and not so well known festivals.
