This place was perfect! Extremely clean and well stocked with everything from cleaning supplies to paper towels. The weather was rainy but we used the giant white board to play family games such as hangman and spelling bee. Very quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

We stayed at Joel's place during the holidays. As soon as I booked the house, Joel contacted me offering to help with restaurant/travel recommendations. He was very responsive. The beds were comfortable and he has TVs in every room. I love that he had kids toys in the closet-such a nice touch! The internet was super fast. The neighborhood appears to be safe for running in the morning. Overall, I would recommend this house to any family or couple traveling.
